Postage & Delivery
Postage is charged at £5 for all UK orders regardless on how much you order, Europe is £10 and the USA is £15. You order is sent securely and discreetly so your post man will never know what is in it, we can also send to an alternate address if you wish such as your work address as a signature will be required. You order will be insured at our cost when it is dispatched to you.your order normally takes between 5-14 days. We will always contact you if there is any delay.
Some of our ranges can have a longer delivery time depending on the range.
Dalia is normally within 14 days, this range is from Poland.
Leg Avenue is normally 14 days but around peak times (Halloween, Christmas etc) it can be longer as the items are sent from US.
The toys excluding Sutera are normally 2-5 days as they are mostly stocked in our warehouse ready for dispatch.

There is no other way to make it extra special than by having it arrive at their doorstep, perfectly presented, bearing a card with warm words written by you.To make someone's day, simply select the Gift Wrap option in the shopping basket before you checkout. You will have a little tick box and can choose what you want gift wrapped. You will be asked to specify the message you would like included. The charge for gift wrapping is £2.00 per item, you can choose weather to have all your items or just select items wrapped.

We are also able to process credit cards offline, so you can post, fax, or phone us with your order details. We also accept cheques, postal orders, money orders, Pay Pal (please email or phone and we will invoice you or send your payment to sales@mysteeze.co.uk) and the old fashioned method of cash! When sending cash, money orders or postal orders, these must be sent via Recorded Delivery or an equivalent secure method. Cheques must be made payable to Mysteeze Lingerie Ltd. Our main priority is you guys and making sure you are happy.Anyone who buys things off the internet knows what it's like when you unwrap it and it looks nothing like the one that was on the screen on the website.
This is why we offer a 14 day money back guarntee. Due to the nature of some of the items we sell we are unable to refund or exchange unless faulty, due to health and hygiene.
Please see below for a list of items that cannot be returned unless faulty.
All boxes and packaging must be unopened, unused and in origional packaging.
If you find your item is faulty you need to email our returns department and request a Return Authorisation Number.
You will need to use this number and also a copy of your invoice to return the item.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON GIFT WRAP FEES OR SHIPPING CHARGES. UNLESS THERE WAS AN ERROR ON OUR PART.

The you need to mail the item back with all original tags on the garment,in its original packaging,unworn and unused. We recommend sending via recorded delivery that way it needs to be signed fo at this end and is insured for loss and damage. Keep your reciept in a safe place until you have recieved your refund/credit.
Either you will recieved a credit note, exchange or a refund to your credit card within 5-20 business days from receipt of return of the item/s.
The following items cannot be returned due to health regulations. Clearance and discontinued items cannot be returned as they may have been drastically reduced, and are often one of a kind.
Toys, Body Jewellery, Hoisery, Panties, Thongs, Latex Clothing, E-Books, Films unless the seal is intact,Clearance/Discounted items (any item that is only available in certain sizes and colors)
Any free gifts and discounts must be returned if the returns value falls below the special offer level.
You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER via email within 3 days of date of delivery to obtain a refund or exchange. Once you receive your Return Authorisation Numbe you have 14 days within which to return the item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless Mysteeze Lingerie Ltd mailed the wrong item or the item has an obvious defect.
Mysteeze Lingerie Ltd reserves the right to determine what constitutes a defect. The item must be returned before a determination of a defect. All items are checked before leaving our distribution center to avoid mailing defective items.
We will REFUSE unauthorized returns! Unauthorized returns are those that are sent back without a return authorization number. All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging.
For health reasons, panties/thongs/g strings attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment.*Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom.*
If returned item has been worn or damaged no refund will be given. We may give a partial refund, or send the garments back to you. Please email or call for additional information.
Cancellation Policy
There will be a 15% cancellation fee on orders that have already been processed and are ready for shipment. There will be NO cancellation fee if an order is canceled within 2 hours of placement of the order. After 2 hours orders cannot be cancelled as they are in our distribution stream.
